Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to registration for and attendance at the Global Haematology & Thalassaemia Care Summit 2026 (18–20 March 2027, Athens and online).

1. Registration and payment

Registration is confirmed only on receipt of full payment. Early-bird rates apply until 31 December 2026. Fees are quoted in euros and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

2. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations received in writing before 15 January 2027 are refunded less a 10% administration fee. No refunds are available after that date; registrations may be transferred to a colleague at no cost.

3. Code of conduct

All delegates, speakers, exhibitors and staff are expected to behave professionally and respectfully. Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without refund.

4. Photography and recording

The event may be photographed and recorded for educational and promotional use. Please speak to the secretariat if you do not wish to be photographed.

5. Liability

The organisers accept no liability for personal injury, loss or damage to property during the event, and reserve the right to change the programme or speakers where necessary.
