Terms and Conditions

By registering for the Understanding Drug Addiction symposium you agree to these terms. Registration is confirmed once payment or approval is complete. Cancellations received at least 30 days before the event are eligible for a full refund; later cancellations may be transferred to another delegate. Delegates agree to respect the confidentiality of case discussions, to follow the code of conduct, and to refrain from recording sessions without permission. The organisers may change the programme or speakers where necessary. Online delegates receive a personal access link that must not be shared. Sample terms for staging purposes only.

Accommodation Rules

A valid ID proof is required for all guests at the time of check-in.

Rooms are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis unless pre-booked.

Any damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest.

Guests are requested to maintain cleanliness and respect shared spaces.

Outside visitors may be restricted as per hotel guidelines.

Noise levels should be kept minimal after 10 PM.
