Terms and Conditions

1. Registration

Registration is confirmed only after full payment. Delegates must provide accurate personal details.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations received before 15 November 2026 are refunded minus a 10% administration fee. No refunds after this date; registrations may be transferred to a colleague.

3. Programme Changes

The organisers reserve the right to change speakers, sessions or format (in person/online) where necessary.

4. Code of Conduct

All participants must respect a safe, inclusive and respectful environment. Discussions of sensitive topics must follow safeguarding guidance.

5. Recording & Photography

Sessions may be recorded and photographed for educational use.

6. Liability

TIF is not liable for personal loss, injury or damage during the event.

Accommodation Rules

A valid ID proof is required for all guests at the time of check-in.

Rooms are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis unless pre-booked.

Any damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest.

Guests are requested to maintain cleanliness and respect shared spaces.

Outside visitors may be restricted as per hotel guidelines.

Noise levels should be kept minimal after 10 PM.
